The 'HELLENIC JEWELLERY' fair, organised by TIF-Helexpo at the Metropolitan Expo exhibition centre from 28 February to 2 March 2015 proved to be a 'dazzler'. There was a significant increase in visitor numbers, as a total of 3,622 trade visitors and professionals from Greece and abroad visited the fair, as compared to 3,107 at the previous event.

In fact, foreign visitors came from Cyprus, Albania, Slovakia, Canada, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland, India, Sri Lanka, China, the United States of America, Libya, Germany, Egypt, Spain, Turkey and Great Britain, making the fair a truly international event. The number of exhibitors at 'HELLENIC JEWELLERY' rose from 325 to 404, while the presence of all the acclaimed domestic jewellery creators stood out.

'HELLENIC JEWELLERY', co-organised with the Pan-Hellenic Federation of Silver- and Goldsmiths, Jewellers and Watchmakers (POVAKO), covered 6,500 m2 of exhibition space, as compared to 5,314 m2 at the previous event, an indicator of the increased interest in participation.

The fair was deemed to have been particularly successful, with more than seven out of ten exhibitors expressing their intent to repeat their participation at the next fair and two out of ten thinking about participating anew. In fact, nine out of ten considered that their participation in 'HELLENIC JEWELLERY' would result in further activity for their enterprise in the future.

As for visitors, more than five out of ten concluded commercial agreements during their visit to the fair, while 96% of foreign hosted buyers deemed their meetings with exhibitors to have been fruitful. In fact, approximately seven out of ten graded the fair with 7 to 9, while two out of ten graded it as "excellent". The overall picture indicates a good and very good degree of accomplishment of the goals set by the exhibitors for their participation in 'HELLENIC JEWELLERY'.
